Question:

What the difference between Canopies and other rental companies?

 

Answer:

At Canopies we take pride in the quality of our product and the service we provide, not, as some companies do, in being the largest or least expensive.

 

Question:

How do you charge, what are your rental prices?

 

Answer:

As a general rule, we charge for the event. In other words, if your party is Saturday, we normally would deliver on Thursday or Friday and pick-up on Sunday or Monday. That would be a one day charge.

 

Question:

What is the quality of your equipment? Is it clean?

 

Answer:

We are constantly maintaining, replacing, and adding to our inventory. Because of our maintenance and replacement program, all of our equipment is in excellent condition. You won't find a staple or tack in any of our tables upon delivery. In most cases Canopies will set-up your tables and chairs upon delivery as one final check to make sure they are clean and ready to use.

Are you more expensive and if so, why?

 

Answer:

The question always arises as to what makes one company more expensive than the next. We hope the following helps you make the right choice for your event.

  • Canopies has only the newest in tents and equipment, meticulously maintained. We do not buy used equipment.
  • Our tents are Manufactured by Anchor Industries, The industry leader in setting standards for quality and safety in tent construction.
  • We have factory trained, knowlegdeable, installation crews. They are very familiar with the construction of the tents and are trained in the safe installation of the tents.
  • We maintain 24 hour emergency service. If a client has a problem, we have people in place ready to respond.
  • We are a turn-key rental provider.

 

Question:

When do you set-up your tents?

 

Answer:

A set-up schedule is based upon the clients needs and the complexity of the installation. Usually set-up occurs on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday for a Saturday or Sunday event.
